To adequately serve its customer base, EM and RFID library specialists, 2CQR have revamped its customer service support team. Following his successful work over the last year as workshop engineer Mark Musson has been appointed as Customer Services Co-ordinator, overseeing the customer engineering workload across installations, maintenance, sales support, in-house training and engineering support.

The addition of another new engineer, Mark Royal, and consultant Gavin Bennett further enhance the customer services. Mark will be primarily be covering the South West from his base in Abingdon with Gavin working from the UK head office where he will be using his experience in telecommunications, sales and customer interaction to bring added benefits to library clients.
